Evidently someone on a computer with an IP address from the US Congress has been making, shall we say, "creative" edits in Wikipedia recently. This has led to the site imposing a 10-day ban on postings from House of Representative computers.
Other changes included:
an alteration to the page on the assassination of John F Kennedy, which was changed to say that Lee Harvey Oswald was acting "on behalf of the regime of Fidel Castro".
An entry on the moon landing conspiracy theories was changed to say they were "promoted by the Cuban government".

The really interesting part is that there exists a Twitter account, @Congressedits, that tracks any changes in Wikipedia originating from within the Capitol. That would be a good account to follow...
In any case, sorry Rummy - even punishing the trollish editors from the House is never going to restore your reputation...
