Starting tomorrow morning, citizens will begin walking from Dixville Notch to Nashua, New Hampshire. The walk continues the work of Granny D, who walked across the country for campaign finance reform. The walk begins on the day Aaron Swartz died, and ends on Granny D's birthday. This is the NH Rebellion Walk.
This diary is brief because I am unfortunately sick at this moment, but please go check out the NH Rebellion website. I have friends who will be walking, and I plan to join in for some of the walk as well. I will endeavor to post more about this as it unfolds. For now, let's have a cheer for hardy souls willing to walk part or all of 185 miles along NH's snowy highways in January, for the cause of our democracy.
