I had planned to be here and do a diary about the difficulties of maintenance when it comes to weight loss, but I got a panicked call from work this morning so I'm going in in about twenty minutes. Sorry. I'll put this up and I might respond to one or two queries, but that's about it.

So. There is general agreement from what I've read that weight loss and maintenance require different strategies, one reason being that, as many of us have in the past, it can be easier to lose the weight than keep it off. How did your goals change in maintenance? For me, I've concentrated on the new things I can wear, the pleasure of having chocolate for days at a time, not a few minutes, and exercise.
