Food Stamps are a "Good Idea" according to the Tea Party member turned Democrat Jason Thigpen.
Food Stamps are a Good Idea? This is the opinion of the radical Tea Party member, turned Democrat, Jason Thigpen. Good Idea! I hate to break it to you Mr. Thigpen..Food Stamps is actually a functioning program that provides low income families a means to subsidize their ability to purchasing food for the family.
Personally, I believe that if one decides to seek public office, especially at the Federal Level, and say you're a Democrat, even though you have lived your entire adult life as an ultra conservative and turn even more radically conservative and join the Tea Party, you should at least have a better opinion of a program that provides millions of working Americans a means to feed their families. A "Good Idea"?
This type of comment is just another example of this guy's real demeanor toward the poor in this country. Just another illustration into how out of touch and inexperienced Mr. Thigpen really is. Yet if Food Stamps is just a "Good Idea", to Mr. Thigpen now, how will he view this "idea" if he is elected to the US Congress. Just look at Pat McCrory's view Food Stamps, Unemployment and other social programs and you can see what exactly what you'd get if the 3rd District elects Jason Thigpen.
Marshall Adame is for the Food Stamp Program. And he has the experience needed to be effective in the US Congress today. Please go to: https://www.Marshall4Congress.com
and donate to his campaign. We need your financial help if we are going to overcome the downward spiral and get the 3rd District back on course.
Fri Jan 31, 2014 at 5:10 PM PT: Le Champignon, When a candidate rises to the level of running for the US Congress as a Democrat, referring to Food Stamps as a "Good Idea" seems somewhat elementary. How about something like this? Food Stamps is a Good Idea, and I support the program and think that the program is very important to lower income Americans. But when asked about the Food Stamp Program...and you're running for the US Congress you better bring a little more substance...that was what I was implying. Sorry you did not pick that up.
