I normally can not read this kind of rubbish but it is just so bizarre...I had to post it and say, We really really need to get rid of some people in power if this is an example of justice.
We let the banks and mortgage companies off but they did harm not in this way.
TRIGGER WARNING:
6'4" 270 lb Dupont Daddy admits raping 3 year old and judge says Daddy would not do well in jail. I have plenty to say... I just can't say it here without getting banned.
Injustice and big money...isn't it getting beyond old? It is getting perverted and sick>
So how long do you think a poor white or black or brown or yellow or red man..key word being POOR would fare in prison and be given this kind of consideration by a so called Judge? Would they be free to rape again or would they be measuring the rope in the jail cell? What the hell is this kind of double standard? Don't get me wrong ..I think all rapists should be in prison but the decision to not put someone in prison just made me lose my dinner. When this kind of injustice is so in your face.. somebody has to say something....Who do you call to reverse that decision?

The fact that Jurden expressed concern that prison wasn't right for Richards came as a surprise to defense lawyers and prosecutors who consider her a tough sentencing judge. Several noted that prison officials can put inmates in protective custody if they are worried about their safety, noting that child abusers are sometimes targeted by other inmates.
"It's an extremely rare circumstance that prison serves the inmate well," said Delaware Public Defender Brendan J. O'Neill, whose office represents defendants who cannot afford a lawyer. "Prison is to punish, to segregate the offender from society, and the notion that prison serves people well hasn't proven to be true in most circumstances."
I think it is past time to let the poor pot smoker out of jail by this one decision.
