Get a grip!
We know the safety net is shredded. As should you who voted for short term gains by cutting the same net.
So now you find yourself homeless, jobless, cashless, hungry, perhaps living in your car. Or like many the car fails soon after due to no funds to fix it so you find yourself afoot.
So you throw yourself on the mercy of those of us that have endured this state of affairs for much longer.
But you brought your baggage with you.
This isn't a hotel, hot water and toilet paper are not miniscule costs on a fixed income. Yet you use them as if they are limitless.
You are an inconvenience but we have empathy and will put up with you. We've been there.
But for FSM's sake get a grip on yourself.
Yes we poors alter our consciousness much more frequently than most. But we know enough not to stay in a state of comfortably numb for eternity. And at the rates you middle classers are into escaping is quite frankly frightening to us. We don't want to find you in the morning blue in the face with a mouth full of foam and vomit. And don't think for a second that we don't know how expensive your habit is.
It sucks you lost everything you worked for. At least you had the chance to enjoy the fruits of your labor, unlike us who work to eat. But killing yourself slowly will never bring it back. The stuff and life you knew is gone, being a sot in your grief only makes those of us supporting you have to work even harder to care for someone that has withdrawn.
So when we start pointing out you are on a one way road I suggest you listen.
