Someone made a diary that in essence said revolution is a terrible idea and that we must work within the system to fix it.
First off, F%&* that. Have you seen our system buddy? I mean have you taken a honest to god long hard look at the state of things in this overhyped joke of a nation? Whether you like it or not, this system is rigged. I mean we have scientific proof now we're basically a oligarchy!

Just in case you were wondering.
So you know what? I'm sick of democrats playing nice. Being nice gets you nowhere especially when the other guy has no interest in returning the courtesy.
So what are we to do? Play dirty. Start fighting back. Treat republicans exactly how they treat everyone else. Dig up dirt on them, attack them relentlessly, attack their character, bully them, twist their arms, whatever terms you want to use, we need to use force on these sociopaths and intimidate them. Get them legit scarred.
History has shown that you never win a political fight by being nice. Moral victories are only good for the history books and drama. You win by beating down the other guy in whatever means your country's government allows.
After all, did the southern aristocrats offer to give up their slaves just because abolitionists asked nicely? No, they were crushed like the little insects they are and forced to do it.
Did LBJ pass civil rights by asking nicely and offering to compromise with the segregationists? No he intimidated the little weasels and reminded them he was the President of the United States of America and that he was their boss.
Did TR put a end to the trusts and other gross moral and ethical violations the capitalists and robber barons were committing against workers by asking politely? No, he lived up to his phrase of "Speak softly and carry a big stick" by forcing them to do it.
Did countless reforms and other labor regulations get signed into law because rich morally bankrupt industrialists suddenly decided to be nice to their workers? No they did it because trade unions fought for it.
Edward Snowden worked within the system and got nowhere. It wasn't until he actively went outside things that he actually got results. And even then I feel he didn't go far enough considering the NSA has still yet to really prove it's changed. As far as i'm concerned, he should have released everything.
No reform has ever been gained out of the goodness of the upper class' collective hearts. They have always been fought and struggled for.
