If you follow this site regularly you'd lately be led to believe, from certain quarters, that Israel is comically evil, and that the racist, antisemitic, misogynistic, cowardly terror organization Hamas is the most progressive thing to have ever graced our planet since sliced bread.
A simple search on the tag shows you this.
I have, personally, just a few minutes ago, been accused of supporting killing and kidnapping children.
I'm pretty sure I can reasonably claim innocence of those fantastic charges. If anybody wants to claim otherwise, they can call the Philadelphia police department, 26th district (215.686.3260), a few blocks from my home, and report my horrific crimes to Lt. Michael Zimmerman.
Some here might even know my name, which would surely advance their cause there, and I'm sure he'd be right on his way to my home here to lock me up forever!
(can we now get back to reality, now?)
Here we have liberals and conservatives agreeing with common sense points, with one of the most liberal studio audiences in America cheering along with these obvious points -
The vast majority of Americans of any political persuasion or party do not approve of terror organizations like Hamas, and realize that if America, like Israel, were the target of thousands of terror missiles (let alone even one!), we would seek to flatten those who send same. Immediately.
We don't take no mess, and neither should Israel be required to do so. Particularly from racist, antisemitic, misogynistic, cowardly terror organizations who hide behind their own citizens as they once again launch wars of their own choosing.
Despite what you might read here from stuck-up fantasists with overblown views of their own 'reality,' the average American is much smarter than those who post and support this stuff.
The "Daily Kos Israel" tag consists of maybe one diary out of thirty which would make sense to a majority of Americans, with almost all of the rest serving as either an unfortunate reason why many quite rightly remain wary of bloggers, especially at sites like this which unfortunately still tolerate such common screeds and hate-filled comment sections; or serving as something which would fit in quite well at extremist hate sites run by the likes of Philip Weiss or David Duke.
