Another "not a diary" from yours truly.
I'm not on site a lot, so the suggestions I offer may have already been made by others.
The team working to develop the software that will provide a platform for my favorite web site may in fact have finished work on this part of the project.
As one whose schedule does not allow a lot of time for research or writing, I confess that I plague a few people's stream with trivial musings from time to time. I'd love to be able to develop ideas better--and write better, too. At least for now, that just isn't going to happen.
There are times when i have to get things off my chest, though. On a political blog that doesn't seem egregious.
On to my proposals:
On the list view, we used to be able to see how many people had even glanced at what we'd posted. Can this be brought back? Otherwise, the electrons leave my keyboard and I never know if they got anywhere. No, I rarely get much response.
Another thing, what about an option for those who either don't have the time or interest to register disagreement? Commonly a rec represents some agreement (usually), but there are times when a position isn't shared that a person may not wish to debate in detail--but they do want to register their opinion. So, a disagree/dislike button?
What would you like to see changed?
