Police have been working to clear the massive building in which the shooting took place, but the police chief says the most reliable information at this point seems to be that the suspects fled, potentially in a dark SUV.

The police chief says they don't know yet if this is a terrorist situation in the sense people may be thinking of, but “At minimum, we have a domestic terrorist-type situation.” He characterizes the shooters as “on a mission.”
