Good Morning Kossacks and Welcome to Morning Open Thread (MOT)
We're known as the MOTley Crew and you can find us here every morning at 7:00 am Eastern (and perhaps sometimes earlier!). Feel free to volunteer to take a day - permanently or just once in awhile. With the Auto Publish feature you can set it and forget it. Sometimes the diarist du jour shows up much later: that's the beauty of Open Thread...it carries on without you! Volunteer in the comment threads.

If you haven't seen the Maze Runners, the plot is that a bunch of young people are given a treatment which wipes their memories, and then put in a huge expensive maze. The walls are extremely high, and the maze is populated with horrible monsters that seem to be intended to test their abilities to survive. This maze is so huge that its unlikely they would even have tried to make the set for the movie in the days before CGI allowed the whole thing to be done with special effects.
Enter HISHE.
How it should have ended, usually HISHE, is what happens when some people who happen to be natural smart Alec's obtain the ability to do basic animations. They got together in 2005 after they began making fun of a movie whose ending didn't make any sense. They began making parodies of the movies, describing how they thought the movies should have ended.
Here is their take on Maze Runners.
If you haven't seen many modern movies, these parody movies may not be that appealing. If you have seen some of these, you might have some fun by looking over the channel. it interests me because I like to see what's going on in social networking, and animation of course.
In addition to the illustrated story I'm working on, I could do a simple animation scheme like this, but the tricky part is in finding people to do the voices.
