U.S. congressional leaders came to an agreement to put legislation to the Senate and House floor to pass the Trans Pacific Partnership Act, which I believe is a terrible trade agreement that will lead to more outsourcing of jobs in places like Youngstown, Ohio, Lorain, Ohio, Smithville, Missouri, etc. President Barack Obama surprisingly supports TPP, this was the same president who in 2008 said that he would change some legislation with NAFTA (North American Free Trade Agreement) with Mexico and Canada. Now, seven years later, President Obama is now supporting the same deal that he would have opposed in 2008.

The question remains: If President Obama signs the TPP, and if the Democratic Party doesn't have a strong stance on the TPP, especially Hillary Clinton, if she is the Democratic presidential nominee, if they lose to the Republicans, and the Democratic Party fails to win back the Senate and the House, on Wednesday, November 8, 2016, will they be wondering why they lost, especially if union members stay home and not even vote?
