This will be short since there isn't much known at this time.
InTouch Weekly is reporting that an Arkansas DHS employee called 911 on May 27 asking for assistance after being refused entry into the Duggar home. The DHS employee told the 911 operator,
"We have an investigation and I guess they’re not being cooperative. We have to see the child to make sure the child is all right. So we just need police assistance.”
InTouch reports that since DHS records are not available to the public, it is not known what has triggered the investigation. However, the experts are saying that an investigation can be started by a call to a DHS hotline, even an anonymous one, and the trained operator on the other end determines if it is serious enough to warrant further action.
