The latest SpaceX / Falcon-9 rocket to the ISS just had a 'non-nominal' flight.
The rocket broke up about 1-2 minutes into flight. Details are few right now. It was a cargo flight, so no injuries, and the breakup occurred down range over the open ocean.
They were going to try to land that stage-1 section on the barge.

Update: NASA may have had to hit the "self-destruct" button to take the ship down after it began to break up, or it might have disintegrated on it's own. No word on that yet.
