I guess an infidel's an infidel.
Today ISIS in the Sinai claimed responsibility for firing three grad rockets that landed in the Negev desert in Israel.
The affiliate, which calls itself Sinai Province, said it had acted in retaliation for what it says is Israeli support for the Egyptian army.
Israel said two rockets landed in the south of the country, causing no casualties or material damage.

Curiously, Israel's response has been muted; they have closed a southern highway and said only that the rockets landed in an open area and no one was injured. This is in stark contrast to the response to rockets from Gaza that land in open areas where no one is injured. But I digress.
In addition to attacking Israel, ISIS has been threatening to topple Hamas for not being sufficiently pious, with four bombings in May alone. And in a newly released video, ISIS fighters said "The rule of sharia will be imposed on Gaza."

Perhaps Israel and the Palestinians can come together to fight their common enemy.
Or perhaps Israel will try to use this as yet another pretext to bomb the hell out of Gaza again. I mean, Netanyahu has been telling the world that ISIS is Hamas and Hamas is ISIS since September.
Stay tuned.
