Ok, so us Bernie supporters are told we are fanciful dreamers. I prefer visionaries.
So a year from now, after Bernie has won the nomination, he will need to choose a VP running mate. Who should it be?
Someone younger than him is the most obvious consideration, although that shouldn't be too hard.
I don't think the foreign policy mantle will be as important since Bernie has so many years in the Senate.
Then it would be obvious to go with a woman to round out that pent up yearnng for a woman in the White House.
How about Donna Edwards, well known here at DKos, and MD's 4th District Congresswoman? I don't know a lot about her but what I have seen I do like. She seems to be a true progressive. The first AA VP and first woman VP.
What's your idea for an ideal running mate for Bernie?
