We don't see real hearings in Congress, we see ceremonies of manipulation. We don't see effective legislating, we see the rigid enactment of corporate agendas. We don't see real journalism, we see the propaganda of the billionaires and the bankers and the big businessmen. We don't hear logic or reason or common sense from establishment politicians, we hear nothing but DoubleSpeak.
This is democracy?
An entire nation has been degraded by a corrupt political system, an entire economy
has been savaged by corporate greed, entire generations have been betrayed by establishment politicians and establishment economists and establishment judges and establishment generals.
What are the high and the mighty finally seeing because of their conceit and their corruption and their cruelty and their crimes?
A political revolution.
Coast to coast.
That's what they're seeing.

Ever since the crowds started showing up, Democratic presidential candidate Bernie Sanders has made a point of saying that the media has no idea why Americans want to join the political revolution.
How does that happen? How come you’re generating so much excitement and enthusiasm?” Sanders told his audience, imitating a befuddled political reporter. “And the answer to that is that the American people, in my view, are sick and tired of establishment politics, they are sick and tired of establishment economics, they are sick and tired of establishment media.”
We are sick and tired of being abused and deceived and betrayed. We know we're sick and tired of it, Bernie knows we're sick and tired of it, and when the primaries begin the whole world is going to know we're sick and tired of it.
Ever since he was first elected to office, this man has been speaking truth to power . . .
He has defended democracy, he has kept the faith, he has held high the light of Truth against the coming of the night.

Sanders is not new to the hot issues of the day, such as police brutality, workers' rights, gender equality, and LGBT rights. And while he may represent the whitest state in the nation, he's been fighting for economic and social justice for people of color for decades. His consistency and persistence on these issues also speak to his integrity. He hasn't wavered.
Some observers say, "Bernie sounds angry" or "grumpy." What they're seeing is moral outrage and seriousness of purpose--two qualities lacking in the 2016 candidate pool. Whether schooling his hawk colleagues on the human cost of war, or schooling the science-deniers about climate change, Sanders speaks with the passion and urgency of a father and grandfather who wants to leave a better world and a livable planet for the next generation.
Too many times, we have spoken truth to power on this website, with passion and urgency, only to be ignored by establishment hacks at every level of government, at every level of the corporate media, at every level of this rigged political system. We have been tuned out too many times to count, too many times to forget, too many times to forgive.
Well those days of being ignored, those days of being scorned, those days of being tuned out are over. Bernie is one of us, he is being listened to, he is being heard, and because he is being heard we are being heard.
So sing. Here and everywhere. Louder this time. You know the words of the anthems of Truth, you know the words of the anthems of Justice, you know the words of the anthems of Equality, you know them all by heart.
So sing at the top of your voice,
Love without fear in your heart,
Feel like you still have a choice.
Because you do . . .
Join the Political Revolution.
