When Hillary spoke on the tragedy in Flint, in her final remarks, it was the moment that crystallized how Republicans treat minorities as second class citizens in our society and that racial inequality still very much exists in America.
She spoke about the tragedy in stark racial terms. She challenged the Governor and asked, what if this community was white and in a rich Detroit suburb? We all know he would have acted immediately, but since It’s mostly minority and blacks the city of Flint was ignored by it’s derelict Governor.
The people of Flint, Michigan were just not white enough for Republicans and they allowed them to suffer. Remember Katrina and the minorities who suffered. When it comes to minorities, Republican's just don't give a gawd damn!
I was very proud of her response, for not only shining a light on this tragedy, but for reminding people that racial inequality is still a real problem in our society and that Republicans aren't the answer to address these problems, as they are indeed part of the problem.

Michael Moore was very complimentary of Hillary bringing this up as well!
