Let us not re-litigate the Primary
I am putting up two videos here — the interview of Bernie Sanders on the late show with Stephen Colbert. These two 5 minute videos, if You are so inclined to watch them include some of what I feel are valuable comments for the Democratic Party to hear.
He points out some hard realities here that people across all political, and especially, with NO political affiliation, face a number of challenges, and it is important for us to recognize that many people are either hurting or feel left out.

Bernie urges us to bring people in. Let’s face it — this was not a good campaign for the face of the United States. We need to strive to constructively engage.
Can’t we all just get along
I actually don’t mean this at all. However, the hurling of insults has hurt the process across the board in my opinion. Hurling insults at certain leaders? Meh — I don’t see it as productive, but if You feel You absolutely have to …
What I would hope is that we try and stop insulting people that may disagree with us — people on ALL sides of a debate. I think it is great to debate policy (or even politics), but degenerating to name-calling and nothing but ad hominem has turned a dysfunctional political environment into a toxic one. I hope that You will strive to restrain not just yourself (even if insults are hurled at you) but, more importantly, attempt to restrain fellow supporters on your side.
