The Comey — Giuliani — Mercer Coup D’etat
The following is a bit of important history:
Current Director of the FBI, James Comey, graduated from the William and Mary College in 1982 where he majored in Religion and Chemistry. His senior thesis was based in part upon conservative televangelist Jerry Falwell and the belief in power of public action.
In 1985, Comey graduated from the University of Chicago Law School, and in 1987, he joined the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York, where Rudy Giuliani became his close mentor. At the time Rudy Giuliani was the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District, having been appointed to the post by President Ronald Reagan in 1983; and Rudy would hold that particular post until 1989 when the Reagan Administration came to an end.
(By the way, Rudy Giuliani was the only son of Harold Giuliani, who had been convicted of assault and robbery and who actually served time in Sing Sing Prison. His father also worked as an enforcer for his brother-in-law, Leo D'Avanzo, who was a well known organized crime boss. Moreover, it is likely that a large part of Rudy Giluiani college and law school education expenses were paid for by the moneys generated from his father's work as a crime boss enforcer.) Additionally, although we hear from time to time the fervent claim by Rudy Giuliani that President Obama "sold out the United States" by entering into the Iran Nuclear Deal, Rudy actually earned huge dollars when he acted in his professional capacity in support of the removal of the People's Mujahedin of Iran from the United States State Department list of Foreign Terrorist Organization which had been placed on said list for killing six Americans in Iran during the 1970's and attempting to attack the Iranian mission to the United Nations.)
While working for Rudy Giuliani's U.S. Attorney's Office, Comey moved up the ladder very quickly and eventually served as Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division. He would hold this position until the end of the George H. W. Bush Administration in 1993.
After having been highly recommended by Giuliani, during the period from 1996 to 2001, Comey served as Managing Assistant U.S. Attorney in Charge of the Richmond Division of the United States Attorney for the Eastern District of Virginia. Also in 1996, he had served as Special Counsel of the Senate Whitewater Committee and later reported to Kenneth Starr concerning his own findings as well as those of the Senate committee. Indeed, this was the first time he would go after the Clintons.
Comey was subsequently appointed by George W. Bush as a U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York. Then in 2003, when he agreed to take on the investigation into President Bill Clinton's pardon of Marc Rich (and after having once again been highly recommended by Rudy Giuliani), President George W. Bush promoted him Deputy Attorney General on December 11, 2003. (While serving as Deputy Attorney General from 2003 to 2004, Comey was the second highest ranking official in the United States Department of Justice.) Of course, this was the second time Comey was to go after the Clintons. However, like the Whitewater case, there just was not any convincing evidence found to warrant a criminal indictment, so the investigation went nowhere fast.
In October of 2005 (at the end of the G.W. Bush Administration), Comey entered private business, working for Lockheed Martin (the largest defense contractor), an investment management firm and Columbia University. In 2013, he was also appointed to the Board of Directors of the HSBC Holdings Bank which was being investigated by the FBI for its involvement in money laundering and terrorism financing. (By the way, no one involved in HSBC's unlawful activities ever went to jail or were even criminally charged; rather, the company was simply fined- which fine it gladly paid.)
In 2009, President Obama was considering Comey to replace Justice David Souter on the U.S. Supreme Court. He was actually on the President's short list. However, that consideration ended quickly when "John Brittain of the Lawyer's Committee for Civil Rights Law stated, 'Comey came in with the Bushies. What makes you think he'd be just an inch or two more to the center than (John) Roberts?'"
Then Comey was appointed and subsequently sworn in as Director of the FBI by President Barack Obama in September of 2013.
Robert Leroy Mercer "is one of the most influential billionaires in (American) politics." He has made most of his money as a hedgefund operator who has had the benefit of Congressionally created low tax rates (Yep, the G.W. Bush Tax Cuts really looked after him and those of his ilk. By the way, Donald Trump (if elected) has promised that he would immediately close these very generous tax giveaways to hedgefunders; however, do you believe he actually will?)
At the beginning of this current presidential nominating season, Robert Mercer supported the campaign of Ted Cruz, contributing more than $11 million "to a super PAC associated with the candidate." Additionally, Mercer has been cited as the "biggest single donor," the "#1 ranked donor" of the 2016 Republican presidential race generally. He has also supported over the years many other Republican candidates for federal office. Moreover, "since 2006, Mercer has donated about $34.9 million to federal campaigns," while his "companies have donated $59,081,152 to federal campaigns since 2001," and he has spent during that time $3,730,000 on various lobbying activities.
Mercer also heavily supports the media outlet Breitbart.com, the Cato Institute, the Heritage Foundation, etc.. He has also been a huge advocate of the institution of a gold standard in America as he does not trust at all the Federal Reserve.
Very significantly, it is also known that Mercer heavily funded the anti-Clinton book of Peter Schweizer entitled "CLINTON CASH.” Rachel Maddow has recently pointed this out.
Mercer is also a major supporter (and probably the number one supporter) of Donald Trump's 2016 Presidential campaign; that is, once Ted Cruz had dropped out of the presidential race. It is also believed that the latest infusion of cash to the Trump campaign came mainly from him. Additionally, prior to their taking positions with the Trump campaign, Stephan Bannon (a known racist) and Kellyanne Conway were employed by Mercer, and he likely continues to pay said individuals while they work for the Trump campaign.
Rudy Giuliani and Robert Mercer are very close friends, and it is believed that Rudy Giuliani has represented him and his companies in the past.
Concerning Hillary Clinton's email investigation, Director of the FBI, James Comey, announced on July 5, 2016 that he recommended that the U.S. Justice Department "file no criminal charges relating to the Hillary Clinton email controversy... and that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case." Comey also stated in a public announcement that Clinton had been "extremely careless." This "was the first time the FBI has disclosed its prosecutorial recommendation to the Department of Justice publicly."
Most curiously, just eleven days before the presidential election, Comey announced to the U.S. Senate (which announcement of course was immediately leaked to the public) that the FBI had found more emails, and that he did not know whether or not they had any “significance” to the case and which no one from his office had even seen. This report was in direct contravention of the FBI's longstanding protocol that it not release within 60 days of an election any information which might affect any particular political race. (By the way, a White House ethics lawyer for the George W. Bush Administration has recently filed a formal complaint against Comey and the FBI with the U.S. Government Ethics Committee.
Also, it is undisputed that the FBI knew about these additional emails on October 3, 2016 (or earlier), but the FBI chose not to notify Congress (which is one of the supreme political bodies in America) until just eleven (11) days before the election. It thus clearly appears that the delayed release of this FBI bombshell was well timed by the FBI.)
Profoundly important, TWO DAYS before Comey had released this new information to the Senate, Rudy Giuliani was interviewed on a Fox News program, and he made the following statement that "We've got a couple of things up our sleeves that should turn this (election for Trump) around." Furthermore, it is likely that Giuliani was referring to the release of the above-described Comey letter to the Senate. Moreover, if this is in fact the case, then said leak to Giuliani constituted a felony under U.S. Law.
Reliable sources have recently reported that many higher-ups within the FBI have referred to the agency as "TRUMPLAND." (Does anyone remember the cop movie entitled "COPLAND?" Well, you might want to download it.) Furthermore, it is likely that Rudy Giuliani worked and became lifelong friends with many of these higher-up figures within the FBI when Giuliani was the U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York.
Reliable sources have also recently reported that the certain higher-up members of the FBI have insisted that Comey allow them to investigate the Clinton Charity (which Comey did allow at first). These sources also say that these investigating FBI officers were actually given a huge collection of past Breitbart news releases on the Clinton Charity as well as Peter Scweizer's Book entitled "CLINTON CASH" (which again was funded in large part by Mercer). Incredibly, they were given these sources as a road map to start the FBI investigation into the Clinton Charity. (Isn't that absolutely unbelievable and utterly ridiculous?)
Then we have subsequently learned through another well timed FBI leak that the FBI has looked at the Trump connection with Russia and found nothing of substance there (nothing to see, nothing at all for anyone to look at). Of course, this outrageous conduct was another patent violation of the FBI's longstanding protocol that it not release within 60 days of an election any information which might affect any particular political race.
Astoundingly, we have also learned over the past few days that the FBI has since publicly released its file concerning the Marc Rich Pardon investigation. (Yep, that's the same investigation that Comey personally handled and subsequently dropped for lack of evidence. Of course, this new outrageous conduct was another direct contravention of the FBI's longstanding protocol that it not release within 60 days of an election any information which might affect any particular political race.
According to the same above-referenced reliable sources, we have also learned over the past few days that Comey had been holding back the long awaited FBI finding that Russia is and was directly involved in the Wikileaks releases of anti-Clinton emails (hacked from Podesta’s computer). This report as well was in direct contravention of the FBI's longstanding protocol that it not release within 60 days of an election any information which might affect any particular political race; and (believe it or not) Comey’s justification was that said release might negatively affect the Donald Trump campaign. Thus, the FBI was actually holding up for a long time the ultimate finding that there was in fact a Russian connection to the illegal Wikileaks’ releases. That meant that sixteen (16) other federal agencies (including the CIA and NSA) (which had previously found said connection to have been amply proven) could not publicly release their findings until the FBI had done so. (What an outrageous double standard of Comey and his Trumpland crew that was absolutely at work here.)
Other reliable sources from the FBI have also stated (leaked) that many agents from the FBI were more than a bit upset when Comey suddenly stopped the ongoing investigation into the Clinton Charity. (Indeed, by this time Comey had come under extreme criticism from both political parties.) It is believed that the preordained results of the FBI investigation into the Clinton Charity was in fact the number two up-the-sleeve, below-the-belt tactic which Rudy Giuliani was making reference to when he stated on the Fox News that there was a “couple of things up his sleeve.”
Of course, right now we do not know whether or not the Trump Charity is being investigated by the FBI for numerous counts of blatant embezzlement. (You should know that the highly rated Clinton Charity has saved the lives of tens of millions of people around the world, while the bogus Trump Charity has apparently only benefited Donald Trump.) Importantly, Trump has not denied that he used money from his charity to fund a non-charity related legal settlement, and that he has likewise used charity funds to create two portraits of himself which are now being used in Donald Trump's business properties. (Alas, I expect those three instances of the patently illegal misuse of charitable funds constitute just the tip of the Trump Charity iceberg — OPM has definitely been at work concerning the Trump Charity.)
We also now learn that Donald Trump actually used $7.00 from the Trump Charity to pay for his son's yearly Boy Scout dues. (Gosh, one cannot make this stuff up.) Anyway, if these payments (as outlined above) from the Trump Charity are true, then Trump is indisputable guilty of Embezzlement, Criminal Fraud of a Fiduciary, as well as violations of numerous IRS laws pertaining to charities, and perhaps even RICO. (By the way, a fiduciary of the Trump Charity (as Trump has been and still is) may not personally benefit one iota from the charitable funds held by him.
Also, the very fact that Donald Trump has failed to register his charity (which he admits) is also a violation of law on its face. It is believed that he failed to do so because he knew that the State of New York strictly and carefully scrutinizes all charitable corporation expenditures.
Finally, if Comey was part of any of these FBI information leaks, or if he is aware of same and is trying to protect some of his subordinates who are guilty of these FBI leaks, then he is guilty of several felonies including obstruction of justice. Also, if Comey was aware of what was going on at any time, then he is also guilty of criminal conspiracy.
Gee, I wonder how many times Comey and Giuliani have talked (or even met) since Comey headed the Hillary Clinton email case.
Friends, have no doubts about it, what we are currently witnessing right now is nothing less than an attempted political coup d’etat of the Office of the United States Presidency as well as the United States itself.
