As the December 19th Electoral College meeting approaches, there is more anticipation as to how the state meetings will go and whether they will change the outcome of the 2016 Presidential Election. In order to change their votes, the Electors will have to break state law.
Political activist and Harvard Law Professor Larry Lessig appeared on MSNBC Tuesday night with some words of hope to many who have felt hopeless since the election. At this point, it will only take 37 Republican Electors to not vote for Donald Trump, in order to stop him.
