"Yesterday, Sen. Clinton also said I'm wrong to point out that she once supported NAFTA," Obama said. "But the fact is, she was saying great things about NAFTA until she started running for president. A couple years after it passed, she said NAFTA was a 'free and fair trade agreement' and that it was 'proving its worth.' And in 2004, she said, 'I think, on balance, NAFTA has been good for New York state and America.' "
Politifact rated Obama’s statement in Feb. 2008 to be true. Before she ran for President in 2008, she had a record of pushing for and praising NAFTA.

In April 2008, when she was still running for President the first time, she said she opposed the Columbia trade pact.
"As I have said for months, I oppose the deal. I have spoken out against the deal, I will vote against the deal, and I will do everything I can to urge the Congress to reject the Colombia Free Trade Agreement."
But then as Secretary of State, she privately pushed for it.
The emails show that Clinton personally contacted members of Congress, urging them to vote in favor of the Columbia Trade Promotion Agreement (CTPA), which was bitterly opposed by organized labor, in both the United States and Colombia, as well as human rights organizations around the world. At the same time, Clinton also lobbied Congress in support of free trade agreements with Korea and Panama.

Hillary pushed for TPP 45 times, making statements such as this.
This TPP sets the gold standard in trade agreements to open free, transparent, fair trade, the kind of environment that has the rule of law and a level playing field. And when negotiated, this agreement will cover 40 percent of the world's total trade and build in strong protections for workers and the environment."

It wasn’t just as SOS. In her 2014 book, Hard Choices, she praised it.
...important for American workers, who would benefit from competing on a more level playing field. An it was a strategic initiative that would strengthen the position of the United States in Asia.”

Finally when running for President, she decided to oppose it.
But the Chamber of Commerce President Tom Donohue, a top lobbyist for TPP, says she’ll support it when she’s elected. I guess he realizes that has a history of opposing trade agreements when running for President, but otherwise supporting them.
