Meatballs from cow — without slaughtering the cow!
Memphis Meats has demonstrated the technology to make a food (a meatball in this case) grown from cow cells. No need to slaughter a cow, and much much lower greenhouse emmisions.

I love the food in the Southeast — can’t get enough Creole, Cajun and southern cooking, and I’ll put Memphis pork BBQ up against anything in the world… so sustainable cultured meat (beef and pork) sounds really interesting and probably tastes pretty good too.
I guess I don’t have to worry about stocking up on Soylent green now. I
