I posted a diary last month on the topic of voter suppression and was mostly mocked and denigrated for my efforts. That’s OK, because folks, this story will not die:
Election Justice USA reports that they have reports of more than 63,500 voters (note: Democratic voters) that were dropped from the voter roll in Brooklyn only since November 2015!

63,500 voters is likely to be just the tip of the iceberg.
Apparently there has also been reports of last-minute polling location changes.

Some people are saying if you are a NY voter you should ask for a provisional ballot. I don’t know enough about how the New York ballots work to know if that makes sense or not.
UPDATE: New York’s Mayor Responds as Brooklyn Voter Purge Doubles to 126,000
Kings County, where Brooklyn is located, has seen a 7 percent drop in the number of registered Democratic voters between November 2015 and April 2016. But a new investigation by WNYC has revealed that the New York City Board of Elections actually purged 126,000 voters in that time period — a 14 percent drop in 5 months. Now, Mayor de Blasio is demanding to know why there was such a precipitous drop in registered voters just before the primary.
