Wyoming results aren’t quite in, but they have got to be a disappointment for the Sanders camp.
With 14 pledged delegates at stake, he is not on the path he needs to win the nomination.
Nate Silver put out a “miracle path” that Sanders would need to follow to be the nominee.
Silver said Sanders needed 11 delegates from Wyoming.
Instead, right now the best Sanders will get would be 8.
It’s still possible that he’ll only get 7, which would be an even split for Sanders and Clinton.
Bernie’s going to try to spin this as a great win.
But it’s negative momentum on his caucus performances.
And it does nothing or virtually nothing to help him get the nomination.
Feel the math!
