Personally, I can’t think of a better reason for Warren to be the VP (well, other then her regularly dribbling Trump like he was a big orange basketball, but Wall Street has sent a clear message to Hillary Clinton. Do not select Elizabeth Warren to be Vice President, or lose Wall Street Donations.
Yeah. That’s right, Wall Street doesn’t mind Hillary being pulled left by Bernie Sanders (something that even someone who dislikes the way some Sanders supporters/activists have acted think that we should applaud Bernie for), they figure it’s the price to avoid Trump. But.. should Warren be on Clinton’s team, then they can’t pull her back to the center, working with Republicans to get infrastructure upgrades in return for, you guessed it, corporate welfare! They’ll then take their ball and go home, because having Warren as a VP with the ear of the president about strengthening rules to prevent another global economic collapse is anathema to them.
You know, despite the fact I don’t want ANY chance for Trump to sneak in, I have this to say. “Wall Street, you’ve proven that you can’t play nice with the other kids (the economy). So, take your shiny gold ball and go home if you want. Either you’re with us, or you’re against us. And you don’t want to be against us.”
