Long story short, I am a Bernie or Buster..I was even going to consider voting for Trump. I just don’t consider Hillary Clinton a true progressive and I can’t ethically vote for her. I have heard Gary Johnson numerous times on Alan Colmes and other media sources. I don’t agree with some of his positions for sure. But, he isn’t a psychopath, an egotist or a liar. Therefore, i am considering voting for him if Bernie doesn’t prevail in the convention which is likely. What a disappointment. However, I can tell you that Gary Johnson would make a DECENT POTUS.
The bashing here and language is just venemous. I am a progressive and believe in having non-corporately elected public office holders. To think that a progressive can’t be an independent is closed-minded. BTW, Senator Gillibrand spells her first name Kirsten, not Kristen. And since someone brought it up, taking over $2 million dollars in PAC money from the worst polluters in the entire world is not progressive and anyone who argues so is being totally disingenuous. I am ant-fracking (Schumer and Clinto are pro-fracking), pro alternative energy, against people equaling money, and so forth. I am about as progressive a main stream progressives get. I don’t globally agree even with Sanders on all issues; I am for paying for Associates Degrees 100% at this point and do not believe it is feasible or Congressionally passable to pay for all 4 year public undergraduate degrees. For those people who hate on me, they don’t even kow 1/10th of what I do. I am a doer..I’m a a Democrat and am currently running for statewide Democratic office. I practice Oral Surgery, call my patients every night and have a developmentally disabled daughter who my wife and I take care of. She is autistic and has a seizure disorder. I compete in Olympic Weightlifting at the Masters level and will be competing in World’s in October. You? Many bashers should self-examine just how mean-spirited you are. I have stood up and spoken my time with Schumer and Gillibrand at the NYS Rural Caucus Conference and been told I had a decent speech. You? I am a Democrat and proud of it, but I’m not always proud of the Party.
