I don’t have anything to write about this besides sharing this joke, sent to me by a friend who happens to be a psychoanalyst. Analysts understand that humor is the best defense mechanism. I told this joke to several groups at the coffee shop this morning and everyone laughed.
It is, of course, a version of the classic sinking ship and not enough life vests joke, but funnier for obvious reasons.
It leads to a lot of visualization of our humble dear leader trying to open his parachute and finding that the child’s iPad, lunch, snacks, notebook, and school books fly out instead.
Not to be gross, but feathers and lead weights all fall at the same rate of speed, so — well — if you’re evil enough you get the idea.
