There is a glaring omission from the WhiteHouse.gov page. Under 1600, where the branches of our government are usually represented, the drop down offers you information on “The Executive Branch,” and “The Legislative Branch.” But there is clearly no “Judicial Branch.”
When you go to the old WhiteHouse.gov “Judicial-Branch” page, you get this.

Maybe Trump and Bannon want to wait until they unleash whatever nightmarish candidate they have in plan for the Supreme Court nomination? Maybe they’re just less interested in “checks and balances.” Probably both. But the courts are alive with pleas for justice and the ACLU has been able win some early battles in the war against this administration’s reign of terror.
And while the Trump administration may not want a Judicial Branch there is an entire country of Americans that do.
USA Today reported late Sunday that the ACLU had received more than 350,000 online donations totaling $24 million since Saturday morning. The non-profit organization typically raises about $4 million online in a year, according to the newspaper who cited Romero.

The Judicial Branch has been added now as has the Judicial Branch’s page. For context. The screen grabs in this diary were taken around 7:30am PST this morning. The origins of the story, along with other screenshots began this weekend.
Someone saw that this was trending, and along with the recent protests, probably thought this was one fire they could put out without having to help anybody but themselves.
