According to The Hill, stocky golfer and presidential impersonator Don Trump will be holding a rally in Melbourne, FL this weekend. Dear Leader’s website offers a link to tickets. Clicking on this link will undoubtedly subject you to gooey torrents of White House email (I was blasted with a missive about VP Pence’s decisive vote casting in the great DeVos scam). And I’m not certain it makes sense to mingle too much with the feistier Trumpanzees.
But the airport is a public location. And a sensible driver would take I-95 to Exit 176 to get from Mar a Lago to MLB. I’m not sayin’...but I am.
EDITED TO ADD: I don’t recommend booking tickets. This gets you on the Trump mailing lists, and I’m not confident in their info sharing practices. I don’t recommend going to the hangar or the rally itself. The hangar will be full (if it is) of deeply unpleasant people vying to show Dear Leader their loyalty. What I should have made clear is that I am recommending that the host committee welcome Mr Trump’s motorcade from the roadside. At Exit 176. Along the access routes to the airport. Don Trump’s rallies have a documented history of violence!
