- Duetsche Bank refuses to respond to inquiry from Democrats on House Finance Committee.
- Trump criticizes London Mayor Sadiq Khan for saying there’s “No reason for concern” in the wake of truck attack, when he was really talking about not being concerned about increased police presence.
- June 5th —
- June 6th -—
- Trump War Room fizzles without a war, or a room, or people willing to be in the room.
- Kremlin denies involvement in hacking of voter registration data.
- Sen. Mark Warner says that Russia’s attack on voter registration systems was “much broader” than what was included in the Intercept report.
- Reports are that Mueller’s prosecution team includes those who had worked on cases involving Watergate, Criminal Fraud, Enron, the Genevese Crime Family and National Security issues.
- Michael Moore launches secure TrumpiLeaks site for Whistle Blowers.
- Former DOJ officials says Trump’s explosive reaction to the recusal of Sessions shows a strong indication of a potential cover-up. “It shouldn’t really matter who’s leading the investigation unless you want the person in charge to somehow steer it in a way that benefits you.”
- WH staffers indicate that in the latest episode of “how not to act as your own lawyer” Trump intends to live tweet his rebuttals during Comey’s Senate Intel testimony.
- Michael Isikoff reports that 4 Top law firms rejected offers to represent Trump defense in the Russia probe. “The guy won’t pay and he won’t listen.”
- Joe Scarborough shuts down an interview with EPA head Scott Pruitt because he won't answer the question “Does Trump still think climate change is a hoax?” He also muses that Trump’s mental health is getting worse, after he made claims that his tax bill was “progressing through congress” when there actually is no such bill in congress.
- Trump backs Saudi led plan to isolate Qatar, even though they are a major U.S. ally and have a strategic base which is critical to our battle against ISIS and al Qaeda in the region. Pentagon maintains their support of Qatar.
- Hours later CNN reports that the story of Qatar supporting terrorism leading to a breakdown in diplomatic ties between them and Egypt, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Yemen that Trump took credit for was fake and had been planted by Russian hackers
- Don Jr. suggests London needed to take a pre-crime approach to anti-Terrorism, because Civil Liberties and probable cause are obviously for chumps.

Some of most interesting updates in the overall timeline lately seem to be the growing feud Trump has apparently been having with London Mayor Sadiq Khan — which began months ago on Jan 29th when Khan called for Trump to be disinvited to the UK because of his Muslim ban, and now Trump and Don Jr. have decided to escalate the fight in the wake of two terror attacks in London.
Also the development of more ties to the Saudi’s after a Saudi lobbying firm dropped $270,000 into Trump DC Hotel, which may have had a hand in his attempting a setup a $110 Billion arms deal with them and following their lead on blasting Qatar.
There are Indications that even after Michael Flynn was fired members of the White House NSC continued to attempt in late March to push for sanctions on Russia Oil to be lifted only to be shutdown by the State dept a second time after their initial efforts to lift sanctions which began in the first days of the administration where countered by other personnel at State and Congress.
The links between the Kushner Family and their use of the Visa program with China seems to be getter worse and worse particularly in context with Jared’s secret meetings with the head of sanctioned Russian VEB bank, and the implications of Trump blowing his stack over Sessions recusal also tend to show that he intended for Sessions to be his last line of defense on the case, and now with a Special Prosecutor things are completely out of his control.
At this point Mueller is investigating Russia and potential money laundering involving Flynn, Manafort, and Kushner as well as Rosenstein and Sessions actions in the firing of Comey, which is quite a bit.
Things should get really heated on Thursday as Comey testifies and Trump tries to live tweet-ify his rebuttal in real time. That should be a hoot.
