Oh, it must be so difficult being Bill O’Reilly these days. The disgraced Fox News star sat down with the Matt Lauer of the Today Show to whine that his dismissal was the result of a “political and financial hit job.”
Why is it the biggest bullies turn into the biggest victims in the flash of a pan? Yes, the man who called the ACLU a "terrorist group," said Trayvon Martin died because he "looked a certain way," and warned that gay marriage rights would lead to “interspecies marriages” said he’s the one who’s been treated unfairly. His former employer had to pay out $13 million to five different women who accused him of sexual harassment while he was at Fox News, but poor Bill-O, he’s the real victim. And who does he blame? Media Matters and the Fox News boycott so many of you, the Daily Kos community, participated in. Give yourselves a round of applause!
Take one last look at Bill in this interview. Let’s hope it is the last time we ever see him on national television again. Bye, boo!
Play us out, Bill:
