Poor communities often have long lines at polling stations.
This has been a problem, by design, for a long time.
What if we organized volunteers to rent trucks, loaded them with snacks, water and chairs and parked them in front of the polling station?
On election night, we could ensure that those in line stay in line by providing them with food, water and a place to sit. Perhaps even have some music and turn it into a neighborhood party.
I have looked online and cant find any organizations doing this.
What do you guys think?
