The map is out. The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has released the map in which it is ordering new Congressional Districts for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the 2018 elections.
From WABC 6 in Philadelphia:
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court is imposing a new congressional district map for the state's 2018 elections, meeting its deadline to do so and likely setting up a challenge from Republicans.
Note that this map will not be in effect for the upcoming special election in the soon-to-be former 18th District (Conor Lamb - D vs Rick Saccone - R).
