Its been awhile since folks shared recipes in a troll diary...and I really need some good new summer recipes.
So, I am providing the troll diary...I am thinking this is the time for those wonderful, simple summer recipes.
Here’s mine…
1. Get a can of this stuff.
2. Saute some diced onion in a little oil.
3. Add the curry paste (Half a can of curry paste for 3 people, whole can for 6 [if you like it with a bit of spice, less if you don’t]), and ¼ can of coconut milk (Full fat if you want it to taste good, reduced fat if you don’t) and saute a little bit more, then add the rest of the coconut milk.
5. Add some chicken, shrimp, potatoes, cauiflower or anything else that tastes good. Add a little salt, and some extra ginger and/or garlic and/or sriracha sauce or whatever
6. Simmer until whatever you threw in is done.
7. Serve over rice.
