I am attempting to go to a form of eating in which I only eat veggies, eggs and fish. So going to this diet will mean I will have to give up one of my favorites but I can keep the other two.
First off, I love and always have since I was a kid:
I love beef tongue and I will be sad giving it up. If you’ve never tried it, it tastes a lot like a mix of corned beef and pastrami.
Next for me, a great food I love but others think is odd, is:
Eel. No matter how it is done, on just a plate with veggies, or in sushi, eel is number one dish.
The last food I really enjoy that others think is odd, is the one that is at the top of the diary:
Jellyfish. jellyfish salad has a cool consistency when you eat it...sort of chewy… and it is somewhat, but not too much so, spicy.
So...what foods do you eat that people give you a double-take over?
