On 09 Oct 2020, I wrote this comment describing the painstaking process of registering my pre-completed ballot here in Columbus — the largest city in the state of Ohio. Despite the ordeal, I felt confident then, but since that day, I heard . . . nothing.
Until today:
Message from Franklin County Board of Elections. Your voted absentee ballot has been approved by the Board of Elections. Ballots received by 7:30pm on election day will be tabulated on election night. Ballots received after election day that were postmarked the Monday prior to election day and received by the 10th day after the election will be tabulated in the official canvass. Thank you for voting.
Mission accomplished.
We don't need no vote control . . . all in all it's just another brick in the wall.
