The New York Times is reporting that Regnery Publishing (paywall) has picked up the contract to publish “The Tyranny of Big Tech” this spring. Regnery is a conservative publishing house who's authors include Ann Coulter, Dinesh D’Souza, Newt Gingrich, Ted Cruz, and Donald Trump. In the article they include the statement made by Simon & Schuster when they declined Hawley's book, but fail to mention that Regnery has a contract with Simon & Schuster for the worldwide distribution of all of their books.
Thomas Spence, the president and publisher of Regnery, said in a statement that the publishing house was proud to stand with Mr. Hawley. “The warning in his book about censorship obviously couldn’t be more urgent,” Mr. Spence said. His company’s statement said that Simon & Schuster had made Mr. Hawley a victim of cancel culture.

“As a publisher it will always be our mission to amplify a variety of voices and viewpoints: At the same time we take seriously our larger public responsibility as citizens, and cannot support Senator Hawley after his role in what became a dangerous threat,” Simon & Schuster said in a statement.
In 2018 Simon & Schuster entered into a Worldwide Distribution Agreement with Regnery:
Simon & Schuster, Inc., announced today that it has entered into a distribution agreement with Regnery Publishing, a leading publisher of conservative books. Under the agreement, beginning July 1, 2018, Simon & Schuster will handle distribution for Regnery titles in all markets and territories around the world.
