I live in Loudoun County, Virginia. I voted early and everyone here in Loudoun seems to know that we can vote early. I was chatting with a friend in Henrico, Virginia — a former student — and she was surprised to find out that they can vote early. I called the Office of the Registrar in Henrico and they confirmed it and gave me additional information:
Early voting in Henrico has begun. All locations are open Mon-Fri from 8-4:30 and Saturdays prior to the election from 9-5. You do not need an absentee ballot, just go in and vote.
Here are the locations:
Western Government Center 4305 E. Parham Rd. Admin Building AnnexRoom 105 Henrico, VA 23228
Eastern Government Center 3820 Nine Mile Rd Room 100 Henrico, VA 23223
Varina Library. 1875 New Market Road Henrico VA 23231 (804) 501‑1980 (personally I would choose this location because I love libraries)
For more information, here’s the website of the Registrar: henrico.us/…
It occurred to me that many of us could help get out the vote by contacting people who live in other counties of Virginia.
