You know what good families do?
They don't ask bad families what to do.
Most of America is a good family.
We need to stop asking the bad family that lives right next door what it wants.
We need to stop asking the bad family, over yonder, to the right of us, what it thinks of things. What its goals are. What it thinks is crossing the line.
Most of America is just fine. It's good, decent, trustworthy, and doesn't make excuses why it almost got beaten to death by its own father figure.
The bad family (on that side --→) is the one that makes those excuses.
The good family - the rest of America - doesn't need to ask that family for advice ever again.
