I tried hard to read the feature article The Times just published as something other than a sympathetic portrayal of fascists. But then it became clear the NYTimes scrubbed away every morsel of truth telling in the interests of ‘understanding’ these people, as the paper has repeatedly done before. Read it yourself and try not to be nauseous and fearful for our country.

I will repeat the comment I submitted, as I wait to see if they post it, or more likely filter it as against their so-called standards:
“This piece calls stop the steal ‘a belief, a lie or an act of motivated reasoning, depending on whom you’re talking to.’ Such unhinged two-siderism gives aid and comfort to traitors to the Constitution, and fascist autocracy. How can you sleep at night? And what next, denying the Holocaust? Your founders would be ashamed and fire the lot of you.”
Remember this is the paper that told its readers at the rise of Hitlerism that “several reliable, well-informed sources confirmed the idea that Hitler's anti-Semitism was not so genuine or violent as it sounded, and that he was merely using anti-Semitic propaganda as a bait to catch masses of followers and keep them aroused, enthusiastic, and in line for the time when his organization is perfected and sufficiently powerful to be employed effectively for political purposes.”
How so many people forget, even as we say, “never forget.”
