So word has it that at the State of the Union address, President Joseph Biden is going to announce construction of a temporary port on the Gazan shore in order to deliver aid in quantities that will make a real difference. What’s more, the administration is NOT waiting for permission from Israel, bypassing the Netanyahu administration’s blockade and intransigence when it comes to halting the slaughter of Gazan civilians - men, women and children:
“We are not waiting on the Israelis. This is a moment for American leadership,” a senior US official said on Thursday, reflecting growing frustration of what is seen in Washington as Israeli obstruction of road deliveries on a substantial scale.
This is good news for everyone except the brutal thugs in the Israeli Knesset, some of whom have made it clear that they would prefer eradication of the Palestinian population to peaceful coexistence, not to mention Hamas which relies on the suffering of the Palestinian people in order to recruit more terrorists and extremists. I suppose it’s also going to be an issue for the right wing in this country, who are going to have to triple down on immigration complaints as well as Leftists who are now going to have to come up with something else to criticize President Biden for but screw them. The political spectrum in this country is a ring that meets on the extreme ends and they exhaust me with their constant bleating.
Does this have anything to do with the “uncommitted” vote? Who knows but it’s the right thing to do.
