5:23 PM PT (David Nir): So what drama remains? Pretty much only two questions that I can see: Romney's final tally (which will be well below 40 no matter what - he currently sits at 35), and whether Santorum finishes in double digits. Conceivably Santorum could edge past Newt, since he's only about 300 votes behind right now.
5:24 PM PT: NH delegate allocations here.
5:25 PM PT (David Nir): CBS News says of the exit polls that that there may "be another wave or tweaks later in the night as well." In Iowa, with the entrance polls, we saw (I believe) at least five separate waves of numbers come in.

5:28 PM PT: Reminder, two-thirds of New Hampshire Republicans didn't want Romney.
5:28 PM PT (David Nir): In 1980, after scoring 0% in the New Hampshire primary, Bob Dole said he went home and slept like a baby: He woke up every two hours and cried. Think Rick Perry feels the same way?
5:30 PM PT: Here's Romney's speech:
Try to stay awake.
5:31 PM PT: Romney: "President Obama wants to put free enterprise on trial, and in the last few days we've seen some desperate Republicans who want to support him."
5:32 PM PT: Romney: "We are one nation, under god." Unless you are gay, brown, poor, or Newt Ginrich.
5:33 PM PT: Romney just said that Europe isn't free, like America.
5:34 PM PT (David Nir): John Kerry got 38% in Iowa and 38% in New Hampshire in 2004. Mitt Romney got just 25% in Iowa and is now at 36% in New Hampshire.
5:34 PM PT: Romney says he'll repeal ObamaCare, which is exactly like RomneyCare.
5:35 PM PT: Romney says he'll never apologize, just like Herman Cain.
5:37 PM PT (David Nir): In that link to Dem Con Watch that Markos posted, Matt points out that you need 10% in order to get any delegates. So that makes Newt & Santorum's finishes potentially interesting.
5:37 PM PT: Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt! Mitt!
5:38 PM PT: Romney sure sounded hopey changey in his speech!
5:41 PM PT (Kaili Joy Gray): The liveblogging continues in the next thread.
