Koscadia as you may have guessed is the numeric leader of the naming poll. And by such a wide margin that further polling would be superfluous. As you might imagine Koscadia Stretches from the coastal forests of Northern California up the coast West of the Cascades well into British Columbia where the Temperate Zone changes into the Subartic Zone. And of course we are inclusive of those East of the ranges as well.
Since the nexus of this is in Portland I though I would discuss an important aspect of our safety infrastructure here hidden in plain sight. Food Carts.
First what are food carts?
Obviously we need to set up walking and biking tours of these epicurean oasi. Bus since they are mostly just open downtown during work hours it will have to be midweek to get the full effect of these pods.

Oops I almost forgot. Why are food carts a infrastructure resource? They are portable self contained food preparation units in a geographic location prone to devastating abet rare earthquakes and other seismic events. And they are already placed about the city in a pattern to take advantage of normal traffic movement.
