More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.

You can add a private note to this diary when hotlisting it:
Are you sure you want to remove this diary from your hotlist?
Are you sure you want to remove your recommendation? You can only recommend a diary once, so you will not be able to re-recommend it afterwards.

    been there 8 days (x 2 in 2011) and it's a big deal.

    Back to politics

i have been watching these and the worlds betting lines on the election for weeks now, the odds have gone from less than 2 to 1 to almost 3 to 1 in a week, these sites have no emotional involved in the election and to me they are a better barometer then some of the pundits.

an irrelevant shill and provocateur but only if we let him be.  Avert your eyes and keep walking.

Prayers and financial aid for our fellow Americans whose lives have been swirled and washed into an ugly soup by Sandy.  It's hope, cooperation, and infrastructure, stupid.  Good guidance to the leaders managing rescue and recovery.  The biggest problem will be America's impatience, but that has been what has driven us to rebuild and succeed in the past.

Romney went to France instead of serving in our military, got rich chop-shopping US businesses and eliminating US jobs, off-shored his money in the Cayman Islands, and now tells us to "Believe in America."

it is more significant that limbaugh also is.

historically limbaugh is aloof at predicting big because when he's wrong he has to have a good excuse for it. it is much more important for limbaugh to always be 'right' about everything- that is why he is attractive to the authoritarians.

morris and limbaugh, especially, predicting a solid, or in the case of morris, a big win for romney means if they're not going to steal it (and no one with real knowledge would tell those two if the fix was in) then they are likely going to scream election theft by dems.

dems should be ready for that.

it might be to get out the tea party mobs for recounts and challenges to delay the outcome and fight over a few critical seats in senate or congress, or maybe it's just setting up long term for more voter suppression they can sell in states.

      dems should be ready.
