There was no announcement about the court's plans on Friday. The next opportunity for word on gay marriage cases is Monday, although the justices also could put off a decision until their next private meeting in a week's time.

Of course they might have decided something today. Like whether to flip a coin to decide on whether to consult the entrails of a vulture to determine if they should flip a coin on whether to grant Certiorari for Perry. We just don't know.
No one knows what to expect. Or whether to expect. Or even if any of the Justices are expecting (not likely, granted).
On Monday, all this could change. Or not. If you have some entrails, you'd best consult them.

Important Update
At this point, any prediction about where the same-sex marriage cases stand at the Court is subject to serious error. The Court does not explain inactions, so silence can mean many alternative possibilities.
