Welcome to the January 3, 2014 Post Game Show for Mojo Friday!

Go offline for a few days?  Oh, my heavens ... NO!  Online is where I escape TO ... not FROM!  Especially, for example, when I can delay going out into the bitter cold to clean up the driveway (at least it's plowed) and sidewalks and recovery from this past storm. At least I only have 10" or so to clean up, not the 2' or more they got on Boston's north shore.

And a happy new year to everyone.  It should prove to be an interesting year for us.  As progressive's realize that they not only have a voice (let it rip, Senator Warren!) but that the people of this country actually want the policies we advocate for ... and the rethuglican party is torn by the forces they turned on for their own short turn political gains that are now attacking themselves.

And, speaking of the new year, I'm curious about your attitude towards New Year's resolutions ... so in our quiz below, let us know what you do and/or think about them!

Meanwhile, a happy new year to all. May you be healthy, warm (or cool depending on your locale), fed, clothed and housed.

And now for the fun!

Today's Mojo Friday diary is Mojo Friday - Unplugged - Edition

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
