I am a guy forced to take a lot of pills. I hate that fact, thats one

of the many reasons I decided to stop being a big fat slob. Walking

12 miles a day is good, right?  no meat, right? fewer pills, right?

loose that weight, right? Doc says,”I want you to take 1 more pill

because…….”I say”Doc, I am TIRED OF SIDE EFFECTS !” “do you

know 1 pill your taking right now gives you the chance of  getting

cancer as a smoker? BOMBS  explode inside me. My mother and

my father died before the age of 70 from CANCER!!!! THEY SMOKED!

(2nd hand smoke anyone?) I have never smoked in my life! I had

smoke in my lungs from the time I was a baby until I was 17 years

old! Ask anyone, how long do people usually hang around?

Most say, GENETICS. I guess I have 74 months left, give or take,

depends what the 12 mile a day thing, no meat thing, you know

what I am saying.

My doc was talking , I didn’t hear him, I was 9, my “real dad (smoker)

said, kid, go back on the bus, I was married to your Mom once, but

see, now I got this new family, so you got to get to know this new

man that hurts a 9 year old. My mom must have seen something

on the inside of my creepy stepfather, he wasn’t as cool looking

as MY dad.

I learned so much from my real, real, real dad. He said “Son,I

will die when I am 86 years old, I asked how could he know that?

well said, he,”my grandfather died at 86, my dad died at 86, and

well I will die at 86.

I called him the night BEFORE his 86th bithday, “dad, I just wanted

to say, “I know, “I mean I.  know. I just want you to.I know. Well

anyway Happy birthday! I love you! I love you as well son. Good

by.” He had never said good by before when he hung up.

Now dear reader you don’t need me to say what happened 3 days

later do you?

My mom taught me look whats inside a person, not whats

on the outside.

I love you Dad!

Never apologize for showing feeling. When you do so. you apologize

for the truth.

More Tagging tips:

A tag is a way to search for this diary. If someone is searching for "Barack Obama," is this a diary they'd be trying to find?

Use a person's full name, without any title. Senator Obama may become President Obama, and Michelle Obama might run for office.

If your diary covers an election or elected official, use election tags, which are generally the state abbreviation followed by the office. CA-01 is the first district House seat. CA-Sen covers both senate races. NY-GOV covers the New York governor's race.

Tags do not compound: that is, "education reform" is a completely different tag from "education". A tag like "reform" alone is probably not meaningful.

Consider if one or more of these tags fits your diary: Civil Rights, Community, Congress, Culture, Economy, Education, Elections, Energy, Environment, Health Care, International, Labor, Law, Media, Meta, National Security, Science, Transportation, or White House. If your diary is specific to a state, consider adding the state (California, Texas, etc). Keep in mind, though, that there are many wonderful and important diaries that don't fit in any of these tags. Don't worry if yours doesn't.
