Tennessee holds its primary tonight, and our
guide to the key races can be found here. Polls close 8 PM ET and we'll be bringing you the results as they come in. You can keep track of the winners below.
Results:
AP
8:37 PM PT: TN-04: The AP has finally caught up to the estimates we've been seeing, and Tracy looks better positioned than it seemed. Tracy leads by 331 votes, with four Bedford precincts and all of Grundy out.
8:48 PM PT: TN-04: Good sign for Tracy:
.@Redistrict Grundy County only cast 658 votes in 2012 GOP primary so DesJarlais better win there big #TN04

Tracy is up 331 voter per the AP, with a bit of his home of Bedford County left.
8:58 PM PT: TN-04: A bit more of Bedford is in, with only one precinct left there. DesJarlais needs Grundy to net him about 500 votes. However, if the 2012 primary was any guide, that's a tall order: Grundy only cast 658 votes that year total.
9:03 PM PT: TN-04: Now the SoS is ahead of the AP and it gives DesJarlais a 35 vote lead. Unfortunately, it doesn't tell us what's out. If it's just one Bedford precinct that could be enough for Tracy.
9:16 PM PT: TN-04: The AP has all the precincts in, and DesJarlais is up 33 votes.
Clearly, barring some big mistake, we're not going to know who won here tonight. It's unclear what state law says about a recount, but it's extremely unlikely Tracy and his allies will just accept a 33 vote loss and go home. Expect a lot of legal wrangling here in the coming days in weeks. With luck, we'll know where things stand soon enough.
And with that, we're closing out this crazy night. Thanks for reading and check back at Daily Kos Elections in the coming days as things continue to develop here.
