7:25 PM PT: To recap where we are now: State Sen. Jim Tracy has a 1.19 percent lead over scandal tarred Rep. Scott DesJarlais in TN-04. In TN-03, Rep. Fleischmann has a narrow edge over Weston Wamp.
7:26 PM PT (Taniel): TN-03: 80,000 ballots have been counted. We're nearing the end, and Rep. Fleischmann has stabilized his lead now that Hamilton County (his opponent's best county in 2012) has finished counting. That said, the margin remains tight at 1.3% (1,000 votes).
7:27 PM PT: TN-04: More votes are in and Tracy leads by about 1 percent via the SoS. 61,000 votes are counted and it's unclear how many more are out. However, about 75,000 were cast in the 2010 primary here.
7:30 PM PT (Taniel): : Monroe County just came in all at once. It was Fleischmann's weakest county in 2012. This year, he narrowly won it. Time is running out for Wamp, who now trails by 1.6% with nearly 87,000 votes reported.
7:36 PM PT: TN-04: After dipping to a 100 vote lead, Tracy is back up to a 785 edge, with 68,000 ballots in. Still looks very unpredictable here.
7:38 PM PT: TN-04: Oh yikes:
By my tally, Tracy has retaken the lead on DesJarlais by just 17 votes out of 65,000: 32,156 to 32,139. Stay tuned... #TN04

7:46 PM PT: TN-04: The SoS gives Tracy an 809 vote lead, However, after canvasing the county results, Dave Wasserman gives DesJarlais a 159 vote lead. A bit of Rutherford is still out and that can give Tracy a lift. However, with there being no consistent count, it's hard to know what's still out.
7:48 PM PT (Taniel): TN-03: We are still waiting for results from two counties, but it's hard to see how Wamp overtakes the incumbent here. He trails by 1,100 votes (1.6%) with 17 precincts left to report.
7:54 PM PT: TN-04: Via Wasserman again, Tracy holds a 299 vote lead with all but one Rutherford County precinct in. Unfortunately, we still don't know what counties are left. This is really either man's game.
8:03 PM PT: TN-04: Once again via Wasserman, DesJarlais has an estimated 365 vote lead now. The SoS and AP are still far behind his totals. Grundy County is still out. The county is outside Tracy's suburban Nashville base, which is bad news for him. A lot is up the air but it looks like DesJarlais may very well take this.
8:13 PM PT: TN-04: Here's where things appear to stand right now. All but two counties are in, and DesJarlais has a 365 vote lead. Bedford County has four precincts out, and Tracy leads 59-35 there. All of Grundy and it's 13 precincts are out: However, the surrounding area has heavily backed DesJarlais.
Right now, it looks like DesJarlais' race to lose. However, things are close and there's enough uncertainty that we can't be sure.
8:26 PM PT: TN-03: Wamp has conceded. Only TN-04 remains up in the air.
8:35 PM PT: The liveblog continues here.
